Booking Terms & Conditions
- For a booking a deposit payment of 30% of the invoice amount is required
- Balance clearance is required at least 1 week before arrival.
- Mise Cave Lodge reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid within this period.
Cancellation policy
Bookings are considered canceled only when received in writing.
The following cancellation charges apply to reservations at our lodge.
- 1 week prior to arrival: 30% charge
- 48-24 hours prior arrival 25% refund with a voucher
- 24 hours or less prior to arrival: 100% charge
